Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1/2 tablespoon salt
2.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 tablespoon baking powder
1.75 cups warm milk or water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients
Let stand for 10-15 minutes
Form 1.5 inch balls (oil hands if sticky)
Roll out on floured surface until paper thin and round
Cook on a hot, ungreased skillet until bubbly and brown, turning once
Makes 2 dozen
